Court Network

Court Network is a free and confidential court support service providing non-legal support and information.

About

Court Network is a free and confidential court support service. Our highly-trained volunteers provide non-legal information, support and referral to all court users on an impartial and non-judgemental basis. Any court user is eligible to receive services from Court Network.

Our sole purpose in the courts is the wellbeing of the court user. We understand that the court system can be overwhelming so our volunteers offer practical support, drawing from their rich life experience and knowledge of the justice system.

Support is provided in a variety of ways, including explaining court processes; help with filling out court forms; or warm referral to a specialist service. Our volunteers are available to sit with people in the court room and are willing to answer any questions people may have about what to expect during their day in court. Our mission is to empower all court users to feel confident in accessing the justice system.
