Key project info

The problem needing to be solved

We need a professional, modern (and youthful) Annual Review to be designed that we can share amongst a number of stakeholders - The report needs to be clear and concise for all target audiences to easily navigate and source key information. The challenge will be in ensuring it is professional whilst giving a 'youthful' feel to the report given the type of work we do.

Responsibilities of the online volunteering project

  • Design and complete 2017-18 Annual Review (A4 format) within an agreed timeframe by both parties.
  • The Annual Review will be A4 size and approx. 18 pages.
  • Provide amendments in a timely fashion upon feedback.
  • The Annual Review needs to reflect that Big Brothers Big Sisters is a youth organisation (fresh/modern/youthful) whilst looking professional given our varied target audience(s)
  • Big Brothers Big Sisters will require the document as a native file and as a PDF file.

The benefit to you, the volunteer

The benefits of designing our Annual Review will be:

  • You can proudly list this as one of your career achievements
  • Helping build up your portfolio
  • Knowing you are doing something for the greater good.
  • Big Brothers Big Sisters will also be happy to provide a letter stating the work you have done for the organisation
