Our team is small but incredibly determined and passionate about our cause.

We have no formal marketing and communications strategy in place and require your skills and insights to help shape our future plans which are significant.

There are over 3 million Carers in Australia as young as eight years old, and over 70% have mental health issues due to the extreme stress. We need to establish a powerful marketing and communications plan to help us attract corporate, government and community supporters to raise funds to establish a new Wellness & Education Center to support these Carers 24/7.

TCFA is at a critical stage of its growth and have been delivering successful carer programs for carers in need for a number of years. It now needs to grow awareness for such programs and its mission within the broader community to help it grow, build awareness for its mission and attract funding opportunities.

The purpose of this role is help TCFA develop and deliver an end-to-end strategic integrated marketing and communication strategy that seeks to leverage paid, owned and earned media channels, contributing to the achievement of The Carers Foundation Australia’s awareness and revenue raising targets and deliver on specific strategy and program objectives.

You will also be a key contributor to the development of a capital fundraising marketing campaign that we wish to initiate in order to raise funds for a new wellness center so we can continue to make a significant difference in these carers lives.

Responsibilities of the online volunteering project

· We require a commanding marketing manager responsible for developing and driving a new marketing and communications strategy

· Formulate a powerful yet realistic marketing strategy we can adopt for the next 12 months

· Create a solid action and execution plan with CEO and key team members

· Contribute to the development of a marketing and communications plan that supports the delivery of our strategy and priorities and to deliver awareness and revenue raising objectives on time and budget to meet organisational objectives

· Project manage campaigns to ensure holistic management of multiple campaign elements and stakeholders.

· Develop and deliver compelling campaign briefings and presentations to key stakeholders
