Do I need to have volunteers already lined up?
No. Vollie's process starts with building your readiness — not finding volunteers. Once your systems are installed, Vollie can assist with connecting you to skilled professionals through its verified volunteer pool.
How long does a typical engagement take?
Starter and Growth engagements typically run 4–8 weeks. Cohort programs run approximately 12 weeks. Scale partnerships are ongoing from 12 months. All timelines are confirmed at scoping.
What if we've tried skilled volunteering before and it didn't work?
That's exactly who Vollie is built for. The readiness check and follow up discussion will identify what went wrong and what needs to be in place before trying again. Most failures are structural, not personal.

Absolutely. A 2 minute survey, followed by a quick call or email exchange (whichever you prefer) is used to assess where you are and what tier is right for you. At no cost and no obligation. If Vollie isn't the right fit, we'll tell you that too.
