Key project info

The problem needing to be solved

Cystic Fibrosis Queensland has existing policies, procedures and workflows in place for both our operations centre and our charity bookshop. Whilst these are in place, they have been amended and added to on an ad hoc basis over the years.

  • Policies and procedures need general review to ensure compliance, efficiency and standardisation

Written documentation is essential for effective and consistent communication within Cystic Fibrosis Queensland and the provision of clear, written policies and procedures that reflect current practice and community expectations would assist in our accountability. Further, updating our written policies and procedures will provide tangible evidence of intended practices which are consistent with our values.
